Nichole Browning is a seasoned, results-oriented litigator with expertise in a diverse range of complex cases including class action litigation, derivative litigation, consumer litigation, and commercial and real estate disputes.
For over 25 years, Nichole has worked for preeminent firms prosecuting and defending complex litigation and has successfully litigated hundreds of cases in federal and state court. She has extensive experience handling all aspects of case management from inception through trial and appeals. Nichole enjoys consulting with clients to help craft efficient litigation strategies and finding creative solutions to complex legal issues.
Nichole received her Juris Doctor in 1997, studying at American University, Washington College of Law in Washington, D.C. and Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, Georgia. Nichole also studied international human rights law at Universidad Diego Portales in Santiago, Chile. Nichole graduated Emory University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
