Maria Irene Guerrero

Chief Operating Officer

Maria started with Kendall Law when it opened its doors in 2020 as a part time office assistant. She has moved up quickly and is now the firm’s Chief Operating Officer (COO), working alongside the founder Ms. Eileen Kendall. Maria is responsible for all the firm’s operations and end-to-end management of the employees. She has a strategic role in the firm’s business planning and financial operations. Maria has carried out many processes to keep the employees and firm in compliance. As COO she is an integral part of the day-to-day operations. Her positive attitude, dedication and loyalty show in everything Maria does for the firm and the employees. Maria is also a Licensed Real Estate Agent, and often assists in settlements that involve the sale of real estate.   

Prior to joining Kendall Law, she worked in the Beverage Industry for close to 16 years. Some of her roles were working with national accounts, finance, accounting, and handling all market unit sales within California.  

Besides working for Kendall Law, Maria’s most important role is being a mom of three wonderful children and a German Shepard.
