Shareen M. Ghabrial

Shareen M. Ghabrial

Law Clerk

Real estate has been Shareen’s focus for three decades. She was among the youngest of Broker licensees when entering practice in 1994, immediately following the conferring of her Bachelor’s degree, in Real Estate Finance and Law.

During those undergraduate studies at California State University at Long Beach, she student-taught courses in Real Estate Principles and Real Estate Law. She has immense experience with all types of residential properties, the nuances of agricultural real estate assets, commercial holdings, and property management.

During the mortgage crisis, she continued to lead her local market by selling short pay listings that were sent to her from several brokerage firms. Shareen also successfully negotiated with lienholder counsel to stop foreclosures.

To take this experience to an even greater level, Shareen secured her Juris Doctor in 2014, after obtaining another Bachelor of Science degree in Law. She has spent countless days as an expert real estate witness and consultant in estate proceedings. Shareen also served as an appointed expert for divorce sales.

During law school and thereafter, Shareen processed hundreds of bankruptcies, and co-chaired long cause criminal trials for six years. She was finally able to take time off to pass the Bar Exam in early 2020.

Shareen’s reliability has caused her to be known for her work ethic, honesty, and loyalty. Her trial experience proves that she is a born fighter who will always prioritize your interest.
